computers

• Gets DVMax users up and running quickly, improving satisfaction & productivity.
SafeData
Our DVMAX SafeData Program has been online for over a year now and has been a great success. This service performs automatic FTP uploads and/or monitoring of your practice’s regular DVMAX data backups.
With the data upload options, uploads of your backups are sent automatically to our secure server weekly or monthly using a program that runs on the DVMAX Server computer in your practice. With the daily monitoring plan the software verifies the successful execution of the DVMax Backup each day on your server and reports the status to our Support Database. In case of a problem, your practice is contacted the next day by our support technicians, and corrective steps can be taken with your staff or computer technicians.
All SafeData plans include 2 data integrity checks per year on your data. These routine checks will help diagnose data integrity problems before they generate lost income and system down time. These checks are performed on a copy of your data and do not require any downtime or activity at your practice.

Sneakers Software, Inc. and Sound Technologies, Inc., the leading Digital Radiography company in the veterinary market, the veterinary industry’s #1 Ultrasound Company and Sneakers Software, Inc., makers of the DVMax Veterinary Practice Management software System announce the first integration of TruDR Digital Radiography and VetPACS Software with the DVMax Veterinary Practice Management Softwaresystem. Digital Radiography and Practice Management Software, available immediately! This integration facilitates the easy automatic sharing and storing of data between both systems, which, in turn, allows for the truly paperless practice. Here is a synopsis of how it works: Integration mechanism:
When an image is requested from within, the DVMax Veterinary Practice Management System data is sent DVMax Veterinary Practice Management System , the necessary patient, client, doctor and request information is sent directly automatically to the Sound Technology VetPACS system from DVMax Veterinary Practice Management Software. This automatic transfer of essential data eliminates the need to double enter this information into the PACS system – no more double-entry!. Once the data is automatically passed to the PACS system, the study can be performed. Upon completion, the user Sound Technologies PACS system simply sends the study information back into DVMax, and the studies are now stored and viewable in DVMax, and the cycle is now complete!
By eliminating the manual steps of double entry in both systems, Sound Technologies and Sneakers Software, Inc. have introduced the first truly automated system integration between a veterinary practice management software system and a PACS Digital Radiography system. This automation will serve to decrease labor costs, eliminate mistakes, and provide an even higher return on investment for your Digital Radiography solution.
